This page explains what QuaySai Surfaces does with your information when you get in touch. In short: I use it to reply to you, and nothing else.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry through this site, I receive the name, email address, approximate wall area, timing, and message you type into the form. Nothing else is asked for, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why I collect it

To answer your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and carry out your project. Without your details I could not reply to you.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to completed projects are kept for six years, which is the period they may be needed for tax and warranty purposes.

Who else sees it

Nobody outside the studio, unless a project requires it, for example passing measurements to a contractor working alongside me. I do not sell or share your details for marketing. Your message passes through my email provider in the same way any email does.

Your rights

You can ask to see what I hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email me and I will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
